Dogs are in tune with our moods and show more trouble in dealing with emotional stress and isolation. Thus they need more attention then any other animals. If your dog is a victim of yeast or ear infection use either of these oils to treat it. Put these oils in a spray bottle with a base oil and swab the interior of the ear after cleaning.

Lavender - eases the skin and mitigates itching

Tea Tree - strong antibacterial and antifungal

Bergamot - antifungal properties

Roman Chamomile - relaxing and delicate, aids in healing tissue.

To repel fleas, use peppermint, citronella, lemon and clary sage fancy oils.

Mix six drops of lavender, one drop of Neroli and four drops of Marjoram concentrated oils with carrier oil like jojoba or sweet almond oil. Apply on the backbone and knead gently. Repeat when obligatory. This mix will relieve emotional stress.

Six drops of lavender, two drops of roman chamomile and four drops of petitgrain concentrated oils mixed with carrier oil and applied to backbone and head gently reduce nervousness & hyperactivity.

Bear in mind a dog's delicate sense of smell into account when using concentrated oils. A little goes a long way. A dog that's overwhelmed by the smells of mixes may pace, whine, or rub her / his head on the ground. Introduce your dog to oils slowly and in tiny amounts.
